AIR QUALITY ALERT

Air Quality Action Day in Northern New Jersey, until midnight

Smoke from brush fires in New Jersey and even freaking Prospect Park has created a locally high particulate concerns, with red zone readings throughout northeastern New Jersey. Fine particulates within the region may approach unhealthy levels.

We were in Hudson County on Saturday.  It was very hazy from the wildfires. You could smell the smoke in the air.
