My brother dropped this one on me last night. The son of one of his friends has been hired as a chef at the Danish restaurant in Grand Central Terminal. He is looking for a place to live for 12 months, and he is arriving in one week!
I assume that he is in 25-30 age bracket, and that a furnished room with shared bathroom is OK. I have no idea what his budget is.
If anyone knows of a place (relative in Brooklyn or Queens?), please let me know.
