On August 19, 1988, President Ronald Reagan signed Proclamation 5847 declaring August 21st as National Senior Citizens Day. (Seems a little self serving!)
Celebrate a Senior Citizen in your life! At least one! Call them and tell them what they mean in your life.
Ask them if you can help them with errands etc at a time when it's riskier for seniors to venture out in public.
See if you can help them with technology solutions for isolation like Facetime or Zoom.
Share information about virtual cultural events with them.
