Need Red Bank Restaurant Recommendations QUICK

Meeting someone for the first time, for lunch -- tomorrow (6/28), at a restaurant near the train station in Red Bank..  I was supposed to pick the place, but schedule has not allowed for identifying exact RR station location or restaurants nearby.  I'm driving ... my dining partner is near the train station. Would like mid-priced (or higher) place, casual ...  water-view would be fabulous, but doesn't need to be spectacular.  American menu is  fine ... great seafood is a must. 

C'mon folks -- do what you do best --HELP!  TIA.

I know zilch about Red Bank, but based on the map, there's only a few with water views, unless the land rises from the water.

I'm too late but as someone who used to live there well before both options existed, but I ate at both places very recently, the river view answer is 26 West. The near the train station answer is Teak.
