Select Home Warranty??? is it bs??

I accidentally called Select Home Warranty - thinking it was Sears Home Warranty. (their number popped up first when I googled it...but on 2nd glance..it was an ad) to get home coverage. They seemed fine (better prices than Sears actually), but when I realized (a couple hours later) I called Select instead of Sears, I wanted to cancel until I figured out if they were legitimate...etc. In trying to cancel, they seemed super shady and bounced me all over the place..ultimately speaking to many people. It made me paranoid it some type of scam?  

Has anyone used them or Sears?  Any opinions on either of them?
