MWF616- PT Nanny for Infant (April/May Start)

Details:

We have an awesome family in Maplewood in search of a Part Time Nanny for their one child age 5 Months.

Location: Maplewood

Start Date: late April 2025 (flexible)

Commitment Time Frame: Long Term or Short Term

Schedule:

M: 930a-430p

Tu: 730a-6p

Wed: 730a-6p

Thur: 930a-430p

Fri: off

35 guaranteed hours

*occasional additional hours needed*

The Children:

(will be) 8 month old girl

- attends local baby classes

- In Physical Therapy for help with stretching muscles

- Milk allergy, on special formula

Qualifications:

- Experienced with infants

- Kind, empathetic, and calm

- Queer affirming

- Detailed with record keeping

- Familiarity with Montessori preferred but not required

- Confident scheduling playdates and interacting with other caregivers

Requirements/Responsibilities:

•Pets: 2 cats, no care required

•Meals: for child

•Laundry: for child

•Light Housekeeping: tidying and organizing common areas

•Driving: required - nanny car preferred

Additional details: 2 dad family. One dad is a trans man. Daughter is part of an open adoption. Fridays may be needed starting Fall 2025. Family is hoping for a long term commitment but are also open to having someone just through the end of 2025.

Vaccine Requirements: Yearly Flu Shot Required, Updated TDAP Vaccine Required, 2024 COVID Booster Required

The family is offering a generous weekly pay based on the guaranteed hours along with paid vacation, holidays, and sick/personal days.
