On the sign, the words "Work Free Drug Place" are in the wrong order from their usual usage... resulting in a rather different meaning.

I don't know Gads Builders but the syringe may mean injectible drugs like Heroin.

If someone thought sprout had made a good catch, it suggests that the person may not have realized the error was the point of posting a photo of the sign. If so, for that person, the photo didn’t speak for itself, so it wasn’t “Enough said.”
