Going through my late mothers address book, I found a clipping from with a couple of simple little recipes (probably from a DK ladies magazine). Easy to make while you are stuck in the house.
We have made the tart, which is delicious. It can also be serve a la mode, in place of creme fraiche or whipped cream.
