I have a convection oven and a convection toaster oven, but my microwave is not convection. (Can I use that word any more times in a single sentence?) Apparently, you can cook anything in a convection microwave that you can cook in a regular oven, because it's using the heating element, not the microwaves. So, chicken breasts or thighs, potatoes, etc.
I like this suggestion from Whirlpool:

Not likely, but a fun idea!

Tad afraid of my new Bosch microwave — when my trusty 11 years old GE bit the dust, I panicked when told there were waiting lists, by large appliance company in Ocean County! How could I survive weeks without warming my coffee or cooking my stean-in-bag dinners? So, I said whatever you have, I want one!
Decisiveness is one thing, but what do I do in a convention oven? Simple things for a party of one, please.
TIA
