I needed the screen replaced from an older model Samsung (thanks to my son's dog taking a tiny bite when I was there for Thanksgiving). The slight cracks which were growing larger were causing it to not operate correctly some of the time. I had no insurance particularly since I recently bought again this older model unlocked from Walmart as Samsung/TMobile do not sell them anymore but I still like the model. I also don't do insurance given the price point of my phone choices and how I generally protect them.
So a quick search brought me to CPR Cell Phone Repair. They replaced the screen in about an hour and it was very reasonable. But that is not all.
Turns out the screen was defective which I/we realized when it began doing things on its own for the next week. For those in the know it was ghost touching lol! When I contacted them about it they said they'd order a new screen and I brought it in the next weekend (need access to the phone during the week for work).
Brought it in and they fixed it as good as new with of course no charge and their apologies even though the defect was not their fault.
They are efficient, professional and great to deal with. Warning: address says on South Orange Avenue but entrance to them is actually on Valley Street across from AT&T.
Today they put on a glass screen protector since I don't trust myself doing it correctly. They first didn't want to charge me but since I had been quoted $10 for them to do it I insisted on paying them.
