I see the Tai Chi ones popping up a lot - I think those are complete bs. They always show a guy in his 60s doing tai chi for a month and ends up looking like this. For me - yoga and walking are the best.
Hubby did long-form tai chi for quite a few years. Loved it, got a lot of benefit (more relaxed, slept better, not so hungry for sugars/fats… He had a great teacher, who made sure the sessions were relaxed and not too fast.
Never attained that kind of muscly body, though.
There are Tai Chi classes available online through AARP, YouTube, Silver Sneakers, and other providers that are low cost or no cost. Some are live, presented on a fixed schedule, others are recorded and can be viewed whenever you like. This may be a way to get a feel for what Tai Chi is all about. In person classes are available in the area.

For some time we’ve all seen ads for tai chi walking, sitting, running, f*rting, swiming etc. has anyone tried any of these?
Please share your experience and opinions.
Thanks
