Loving Maplewood family seeking a collaborative Nanny for B2m to begin ~March 3rd. Working hours are 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

-All childcare related duties for B2m

-Developmental Milestone activities

-Weather-permitting outdoor time, eventual classes/outings as baby gets older

-Child-related housekeeping (laundry, dishes, bottles, meal-prep, tidying toys, restocking diapers/wipe station, etc.)

-Letting out family dog in the backyard/occasionally taking on walks with the baby when comfortable

Schedule: Position will begin part-time March-Early April for either morning or afternoon hours . Family is hoping for a smooth transition together and to allow mom time for errands. Position will begin full-time once Mom is fully back to work. Normal schedule will then transition to 730am-6pm, Monday through Friday. Parents commute to/from Jersey City & Manhattan, so flexibility is appreciated incase of traffic delays.

Household Notes:

-Family has a friendly five-year-old golden retriever

-Family has a car available for nanny use

-Mom works from home 1-2 days per week

Ideal Candidate:

-Nurturing, warm, outgoing, kind, creative, honest, reliable, organized, positive, compassionate, and education-focused

-Well-versed in developmental milestones

-A dog-lover (Fluffy Hudson loves cuddles!)

Compensation:

- Rate commensurate with Experience ~30/hr

Requirements:

-3+ years of infant experience

- Eligible to work in the US

- Reliable transportation

- Clean criminal and driving record

- Fluent English

-CPR/First Aid certified

-Dog-friendly
