Air Fryer recipes?

Any favorites out there - please share!  There's a ton of stuff out there - like this page has a lot of ideas:

I'll share some successful ones as I play around with my new toy.  I've just done basic things so far to try it out.  My brussel sprouts did come out a bit on the charred side.  This was the recipe I tried:

Maybe they were just smaller than normal spouts.

I've used all three variations (Buffalo wings, BBQ wings, or garlic parmesan wings) and they all taste great.  The author, Joel Duff own's Duff's Famous in Buffalo, NY, which he inherited from his dad.  (https://www.thedietchefs.com/about/)

Also, it's a low carb recipe.  It would probably work best in a bigger air fryer with trays.  Mine is a small round one and I have to smush everything together. I'll be making these for Christmas Eve!  Maybe I'll get a bigger air fryer for a gift?????
